To keep our clients updated regularly, we conduct weekly on-site review meetings between principals of all companies involved and then report the critical issues to the Client. Mithilanchal has establishes and provides a comprehensively programmed to monitor and examine safety to prevent injuries. Quality checks are carried out regularly as well.

CLOSE OUT/HANDING OVER
Mithilanchal Developers prepares a master document for the Client, underlining the variation in design and specs if any during the course of construction as against the design and specs originally agreed. After handing over the required documents, we aid in demobilisation & carry out integrated testing of all the services. Finally, we coordinate to establish a Project Completion Date to specify the start and end of the defects liability period.
